Dengan tingginya tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang diraih, membuat Garda Oto berhasil mendapatkan penghargaan Indonesia Customer Experience Award 2020 (17\/10) di kategori Asuransi Kerugian Mobil.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.carro.id\/tips-trik\/memilih-asuransi-mobil-yang-tepat-dan-menguntungkan\/2140\/\"><em><strong>&#8211;&gt; Memilih Asuransi Mobil yang Tepat dan Menguntungkan<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Penghargaan Indonesia Customer Experience Award 2020 adalah ajang penghargaan yang diselenggarakan untuk memberikan apresiasi terhadap perusahaan yang dinilai mampu menjawabharapan dan tuntutan konsumen. Survei yang dilakukan terdiri dari 3.000 responden yang merupakan pelanggan dari berbagai kategori produk atau jasa. Survei yang dilakukan di 6 kota besar di Indonesia yaitu Medan, Bandung, Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, dan Makassar. Metode survei dijalankan dengan kombinasi face to face interview dan telesurvey.
